We want to say a huge thank you to the crews at Flathead Electric who worked in extreme conditions today to restore power to the Valley and Blacktail. Do your snow dances, it looks like we could be in for a good storm tonight and into the weekend.
7:15 AM Conditions Update
BLACKTAIL MOUNTAIN WILL NOT OPERATE TODAY. With sustained winds gusting over 40 mph and a loss of power, we are unable to operate safely. The safety of our guests and staff is always our top priority. Stay safe out there!

Good morning Snow Riders, the forecasted high winds have struck and at this time we are on a WIND HOLD at Blacktail. Operations teams are currently planning on a 10 AM start time but will make a further assessment by 8 am.
