It is currently 17 degrees with variable winds out of the south at 5-11 miles per hour under increasingly blue skies and improving visibility across the mountain. Over a base of packed powder, we have accumulations of 2 inches of new snow on top of firm and fast groomed runs, with light, dry, wind-blown pockets in the off-piste areas approaching mid-boot height along the skirts of our tree-lined runs. Reporters choice today is Luna Bowl and Damnation. Layer up and apply sunscreen to protect exposed skin. Enjoy the day!

This is Jessi with your Blacktail Mountain Report for Wednesday, March 11th. It is currently 13 degrees with winds of 15-20 miles per hour out of the west, and visibility is at 200 yards. Groomers are reporting 2 inches of new snow and a settled base of 32 inches. We will be sliding today on packed powder and machine groomed runs with the Magic Carpet, Thunderhead, and Olympic lifts in operation.
We are skiing on the top half of the mountain today. Please obey all ropelines and closures they are in place for your safety.

- Ticket prices are just $39 on Wednesdays and Thursdays when you purchase them ONLINE.
- Muley’s Bar will be open 10:30 am-5 pm, the Grill 10:30-4 pm, Mighty Bites Cafeteria and Blacktail Bean (located in the cafeteria) will be open 8 am-4 pm.
- The rental shop will be open from 8:30 am-4 pm.
- The Blacktail Trading Co. retail shop will be open from 9:00 am-4:30 pm.
- Snow Sports Lessons are available at the window 30 minutes prior to the start of the lesson and there is availability online for future dates.
