A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came up for the game—what an awesome turnout! It was so great for our staff to see familiar faces and share the mountain with our community. Days like this are what make Blacktail special.
We haven’t received any new snow since yesterday, but the good news is that temperatures are holding steady and we’re not losing any accumulation. Our team continues their work behind the scenes, and remains committed to get the mountain open as soon as it is safe to do so.
We’re happy to share that the power company has finally been able to make it up the mountain road, and we’re hopeful that power will be restored to the mountain in the coming days.
As we officially roll into the holiday week, the forecast is giving us great reasons to stay optimistic. Keep those snow dances going.
