Good Morning Snow Riders,
This is Jessi with your Blacktail Mountain Report for Thursday, January 22nd. It is currently 13 degrees with winds of 0-5 miles per hour out of the west/north-west and visibility is at 100 yards. Groomers are reporting no new snow and a settled base of 23 inches. We will be sliding today on packed powder and machine groomed runs with the Magic Carpet, Thunderhead, and Olympic lifts in operation.
We continue to ski on the top half of the mountain, Thunderhead skiers and riders will load at the midway station. Early season conditions do exist, please obey all ropelines and closures they are in place for your safety.
It’s Thrifty Thursday today, ski all day for just $39 when you purchase your lift tickets ONLINE.

Daily Details
- The Olympic Chair, Thunderhead Chair and the Magic Carpet are scheduled for operation from 9am to 4pm.
- Daily lift tickets and rentals are available to purchase ONLINE. Save time and money by creating your account and making purchases on our e-store.
- Ticket prices are are $39 on Thursdays when you purchase them ONLINE
- Muley’s Bar will be open 10:30 am-5 pm, the Grill 10:30-4 pm, Mighty Bites Cafeteria and Blacktail Bean (located in the cafeteria) will be open 8 am-4 pm.
- The rental shop will be open from 8:30 am-4 pm.
- The Blacktail Trading Co. retail shop will be open from 9:00 am-4:30 pm.
- Snow Sports Lessons are available at the window 30 minutes prior to the start of the lesson and there is availability online for future dates.
