It is currently 22 degrees with bright blue sky and unlimited visibility. The two inches of new snow we received over the break has groomed nicely to corduroy perfection. Fresh powdery turns across all groomed runs today with reporters choice this morning being Radar and Lakeside Run. Grab your sunscreen and head on up for some Mid Week Wednesday turns!
The extended forecast is calling for temps to stay cooler and more snow expected later this week. Put on those dancing shoes.

This is Jessi with your Blacktail Mountain Report for Wednesday, February 11th. It is currently 24 degrees with winds of 0-5 miles per hour and visibility unlimited. Groomers are reporting 2 inches of new snow since our last report and a settled base of 25 inches. We will be sliding today on packed powder and machine groomed runs with the Magic Carpet, Thunderhead, and Olympic lifts in operation.
We continue to ski on the top half of the mountain, Thunderhead skiers and riders will load at the midway station. Please obey all ropelines and closures they are in place for your safety.
Lift tickets today are just $39 when you purchase them ONLINE.

- The Olympic Chair, Thunderhead Chair and the Magic Carpet are scheduled for operation from 9am to 4pm.
- Daily lift tickets and rentals are available to purchase ONLINE. Save time and money by creating your account and making purchases on our e-store.
- Ticket prices are are $39 on when you purchase them ONLINE
- Muley’s Bar will be open 10:30 am-5 pm, the Grill 10:30-4 pm, Mighty Bites Cafeteria and Blacktail Bean (located in the cafeteria) will be open 8 am-4 pm.
- The rental shop will be open from 8:30 am-4 pm.
- The Blacktail Trading Co. retail shop will be open from 9:00 am-4:30 pm.
- Snow Sports Lessons are available at the window 30 minutes prior to the start of the lesson and there is availability online for future dates.
