Love is in the air this Valentine’s Day at Blacktail. Join us for an unforgettable evening that blends sunset skiing, thoughtfully crafted cuisine, and cozy mountain atmosphere—designed for couples looking to celebrate something special.
The night begins with sunset laps from 5 PM – 6 PM, followed by drinks at Muley’s Bar starting at 6 PM. Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM and features a carefully curated three-course meal, including a glass of wine paired with your entrée. The full Muley’s bar menu in addition to a specialty Valentine’s Day cocktail menu will be available at an additional cost for the evening.

Starter Selection (choice of one)
- Pickled Beet Salad
Arugula topped with soft goat cheese, pepitas, and fire & ice pickled beets. Finished with a butternut squash vinaigrette. - Sweet Potato Curry Soup
A warm, velvety soup made with roasted sweet potatoes, aromatic curry spices, and creamy coconut milk, finished with a gentle heat and comforting depth of flavor.
Entrée Selection (choice of one)
- Braised Pork Osso Buco
Served on a bed of fluffy mashed potatoes, topped with herbed gremolata and tomato gastrique. Accompanied by sautéed broccolini and crusty baguette. - Confit Duck
Nestled on pommes salardaises with a creamy Dijon sauce and braised red cabbage. - Braised Lion’s Mane Mushroom Filet (Vegetarian)
Served with brown butter smashed potatoes, finished with a white wine Parmesan cream sauce and charred white asparagus.
